Below are steps to help you in applying and monitoring your application:
Step One – Create an Application Profile: All job seekers are required to create a user profile when using our system for the first time. Need to create a profile, click here. To view and/or apply for a position click here.
Step Two – Login section: The login will take you to a My Account screen where you can modify information under the Personal Information, Default Resume or Upload Resume tabs. Make sure to select the save option located on the lower right side of the screen. Want to log in, click here.
Step Three – Apply for Jobs: From the “My Account” screen, you can view and apply for a current job opening by selecting the “current list” section (on the top left of the screen). As indicated; select the job bid number to view and/or apply for any specific job. At the bottom of each job announcement will be an “apply box”. Select the “apply box” and the system will submit your “profile” information. The system will ask, if you wish to “edit” your information. By selecting edit, will allow you to view/confirm the information submitted.
Step Four – Update Profile / Check Job Status: Job seekers can update their profile, review the status of a position applied for or apply for other positions. (See step two: Login). To view the status of an application, select the “applied positions” tab. There you will find a list of position(s) applied for and their status. If the job status is “open” you can select the bid number to modify/change information submitted. If you’ve applied for the wrong job, you can delete that application and re-apply for the correct job opening. When the job status is “closed” no other changes can be made.
For confirmation on applied positions - select the "Applied Positions" tab (see step four), select the "Job Bid" number, there you will be able to view what you submitted, which also acts as confirmation that you applied for the position and Human Resources has received your informaiton.
The “job status” option is a sure way to keep informed on the status of your application. “Under review” means the applications are in the hands of the hiring manager who is determining who will be interviewed and/or hired.
Finally, make sure to “log out” of the system.
