Report Traffic Signal Problems

The Traffic Operations Center will respond to any report of traffic signal problems, regardless of what government agency actually owns the signal. If the signal is owned by a City or County government agency, the TOC will ensure that your message is passed on to the appropriate agency.

Urgent Requests

If you see an urgent traffic signal malfunction or emergency, please report it at 801.887.3700. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you would like to speak with a Salt Lake City Signal representative between 6AM and 6PM on weekdays call 801.535.6530. If we are not available please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
