What we do

Coordinate and conduct City elections

Maintain minutes of the City Council

Maintain Ordinances and Resolutions adopted by the City Council

Maintain the Municipal Code

Post public notices

Manage records for the City, including operation of a records facility for inactive records

Maintain and countersign all contracts made on behalf of the City

Maintain historical records of the City and provide the public the ability to research these records on microfilm and scanned images
