Welcome to the City Recorder's Office

What we do

• Coordinate and conduct City elections
• Maintain minutes of the City Council
• Maintain Ordinances and Resolutions adopted by the City Council
• Maintain the Municipal Code
• Post public notices
• Manage records for the City, including operation of a records facility for inactive records.
• Maintain and countersigns all contracts made on behalf of the City
• Maintain historical records of the City and providethe public the ability to research these records on microfilm and scanned images.
