What we do
- Coordinate and conduct City elections
- Maintain minutes of the City Council
- Maintain Ordinances and Resolutions adopted by the City Council
- Maintain the Municipal Code
- Post public notices
- Manage records for the City, including operation of a records facility for inactive records.
- Maintain and countersigns all contracts made on behalf of the City
- Maintain historical records of the City and providethe public the ability to research these records on microfilm and scanned images.
