3. Your search results will be shown like the example below:
|
Note:
Click on the icon in the "Bid Tab" column if it has a green checkmark to immediately see tabulation results from a bid that has already been opened. Click on "Awarded/Cancelled" trophy icon to see who a Bid was awarded to if the process has been completed. If downloading documents such as specifications for a Bid or RFP, click the Bid or RFP number in the left column. |
4. If downloading documents for a Bid or RFP, and you click the Bid or RFP number in the left column as described above, a "Bid Detail" screen will load as shown below. Click the "Download Related Documents" link at the bottom of the Bid Detail screen.

5. The system will ask you to register for this Bid / RFP (optional).
You are not required to register and can just click "continue". However by doing so you waive any right to receive addenda & change notifications, if any are issued. If you are viewing a past bid or proposal, registration is not necessary.
If you have previously registered in this system, you are a "Returning Bidder". Enter your Bidder id in the first field and click "continue".
If you are a "New Bidder" (not previously registered in this system), create your bidder profile by completing the fields in the "New Bidder" section. You will make up your own "Bidder ID". It is recommended that you choose something easy to remember. You may use alpha and numeric characters. Then click "continue". (Note: Information submitted via this registration is used to notify registered bidders of addenda, changes and corrections for the Bid or RFP that is downloaded. Additionally, fields shown here with a red dot are publicly viewable by others via the web. See note on Step 3. )

6. The proposal request document can be downloaded. If you are viewing a past bid or proposal, additional documents may be available for downloading such as tabulations and abstracts.
