The City appointed selection committee has concluded the evaluation
process and has opened negotiations with the top ranked offeror. The
top ranked offeror will be formally contacted to open negotiations.
If you have not been contacted, it is likely that your firm was not the
top ranked offeror in this instance. However, you should be advised that
if the City is unable to negotiate an acceptable agreement with the
selected offeror, we reserve the right to open negotiations with the
second, third, and fourth ranked offerors, in the order of their ranking.
In compliance with City Ordinance, no further information regarding the
proposals can be made public until contract negotiations have been
completed and a formal contract has been awarded.
When the formal contract has been awarded, the name of the company awarded the contract will be listed in place of this message.
