Notice of Public Sale
The Finance Division of Salt Lake City Corporation will be conducting a public sale of used surplus computer monitors on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Room 225 of the City & County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. Please use the North doors of Room 225 when entering the office. Minimum monitor specifications are as follows: HP Compaq Model No. L1730 17” flat panel monitor, 17-inch (43.2 cm) active matrix TFT, anti-glare, anti-static, 15.4 lbs (7.0 kg), with tilt, swivel, and pivot base attached. The City reserves the right to substitute equipment that meets or exceeds these specifications. A sample computer monitor will be available to view at the time of sale. Upon payment, buyers will receive a receipt and bill of sale for the equipment purchased. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit card, and certified funds (No personal checks). The equipment will be available for pick up until 4:00 p.m. on the date of the sale and upon presentation of validated receipt and bill of sale to the Information Management Services located at 349 South 200 East, 3rd Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah. Each surplus monitor set aside for this sale will be assigned at random a sale control number by the City. Buyer will have the opportunity to power up the equipment prior to leaving the designated receiving area. All equipment is sold “as is”. No refunds. No City technical support. All sales are final.
