Make a tee time

1. On your touch-tone phone, dial the Automated Tee Time Reservation System @ (801) 484-3333. You will now be walked through the system by verbal prompts.
2. Press 1 to make a reservation.
3. Enter your nine digit access code.

   The next series of prompts will ask you for your tee time request.

4. If you would like to choose a specific course press 1. If you would like to choose the best time out of all courses press 2.

5. Which golf course would you prefer: 

    

   1- Bonneville

   2- Forest Dale (9 holes)

   3- Glendale

   4- Mountain Dell Lake Course

   5- Mountain Dell Canyon Course

   6- Nibley Park (9 holes)

   7- Rose Park

   8- Wingpointe

   9- Jordan River Par 3 (9 holes)

6. Enter the date you wish to play. Enter 4 digits representing the month and the day. For example, for May 16, enter 0-5-1-6.
7. Enter the earliest time of day you wish to play. Enter 4 digits followed by the * key for a.m. or the # key for p.m. For example, for 6:15 a.m. enter 0-6-1-5*.
8. Enter the number of holes you would like to play.

1=18 holes

2=9 holes

9. Enter the number of players by pressing 1, 2, 3 or 4. Please note that singles will be provided with a tee time only if they can be paired with a twosome or threesome currently holding a reservation.

10. Do you want to book back-to back or consecutive tee times?

1=Yes

2=No

11. The system will now recite to you the earliest tee time available based on your request. Confirm the tee time by pressing 1. If this time is not convenient you may return to the main menu by pressing 2.
12. Do not hang up until your reservation has been confirmed. If you hang up too soon, your tee time will not be entered in the reservation system. Please wait to hear your confirmation number.
13. Report to the pro shop 15 minutes before your tee time to confirm and pay for your reservation.

Failure to honor a reservation time may result in penalties.
