How to cancel, modify, or confirm a golf reservation

  1. You may cancel, modify, or confirm an advanced tee time reservation by dialing (801) 484-3333 and pressing 2.
  2. Enter your nine digit access code.
  3. If you wish to check a specific course, press 1.

    If you wish to check a specific day, press 2.

  4. The system will read back the first tee time you have reserved. To:

CANCEL- press 1.

MODIFY- press 2.

INQUIRE about the Next Booked Reservation - press 3.

EXIT- press 4.

Reserved Tee Times may be cancelled or modified by using the automated system until 11:59 P.M. the day before play. For example, to cancel a Saturday tee time you must call by 11:59 PM on Friday night.

Same-day cancellations or modifications must be accomplished by calling the appropriate golf course pro shop.

Failure to honor a confirmed tee time reservation will result in the classification of the user as a no show. The tee time reservation system will be used to track a user’s no-show activity.

Users who no-show three times will be suspended from using the system for 30 days. Further no-show activity will result in a one-year suspension from using the automated tee time reservation system.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, call the system as far in advance as possible.  This courtesy will allow another golfer to make use of that tee time.

The system will not accept same-day reservations.  For same day reservations, modifications, or cancellations, please call the appropriate golf course.
