Welcome to public golf at its finest!  Salt Lake City offers some of the highest rated, best maintained, and most affordable public golf courses in the country.  In all, Salt Lake City maintains nine incredible full-service golf courses.

Salt Lake City offers golf courses for all seasons.  In the spring and late fall, it's not unusual for residents and visitors to spend the morning enjoying some of the greatest snow on earth and finish their day with 18 holes of challenging golf (sometimes during January and February!).

There's something here for everyone at every skill level.  From the beginner-friendly confines of historic Forest Dale (1905 - formerly the Salt Lake Country Club) and Nibley Park (the oldest public course in Utah - 1922)  to the breath-taking views of Bonneville and Mountain Dell courses to the ultimate challenge of Wingpointe, Utah's own links course.

With all of this golf directly accessible from downtown Salt Lake City, why play anywhere else?

What "They" Say

Wingpointe has made GolfWeek Magazine’s 2009 list of the top municipal golf courses in the country.  In this ranking, Utah joins California and Arizona as the only states to feature four or more municipal courses.

A recent independent golfer survey conducted by the Salt Lake Tribune revealed that Utah golfers rated the Salt Lake City golf courses as the best golf value in the state.  Golfers credited the Frequent Player Discount Card, which saves them 30% on green fees and range balls at all nine Salt Lake City courses.
