Salt Lake City Police Searching for Robbery Suspect
At approximately 4:00 a.m. on
Saturday, April 7, 2007, an unidentified man entered the Maverik at
1700 South 300 West and robbed the store.
The suspect approached the clerk and intimated that he was holding a
handgun inside a brown paper bag. The suspect demanded money, and
the clerk complied. The suspect then left the store and fled
northbound on foot.
The man is described as Caucasian, 30-35 years old, 5 feet 8
inches, 190 pounds, with a medium build. He has black facial hair,
and was wearing blue jeans, a dark-hooded sweatshirt, and a gray and
white striped beanie cap.
If anyone has any information as to the identity or whereabouts
of this suspect, they are asked to call the 'Tips

Callers can remain anonymous, and there is a cash reward being
offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
