Off-Leash Dog Information

The City is looking to get feedback from Salt Lake City residents on how we can improve the way the off-leash parks are used and maintained, the possibility of new off-leash parks, and how to create a community that minimizes negative interactions between all users of our parks and public spaces. Throughout 2012, Salt Lake City will be creating a program proposal for how the City will work with citizens and dog guardians to provide an increased level of service for on-leash and off-leash facilities.

This website will keep you updated on upcoming Community Council meetings as well as provide an opportunity for you to ask additional questions and provide feedback. Check back frequently for updates on this process and dates for meetings you may be interested in attending. You can also follow Public Services on Facebook and Twitter for updates.
