Constituent services is a function of the Mayor’s communications staff. Three constituent liaisons, each assigned a different part of the city, act as the primary lines of communication between Salt Lake City residents and city government. These staff assist constituents with requests and complaints regarding Salt Lake City government. The staff also works with community councils and community groups to ensure the Mayor’s office remains responsive to the general public.
