The mission of Real Estate Services, a Division of Housing & Neighborhood Development, is to manage all real estate owned by the City. The division’s focus is to manage and protect the City’s real estate assets in the most efficient and effective manner. The City’s Real Property Agents are experts in all things related to real estate services and work toward realizing the highest and best use of each city property. Our team provides excellent customer service and addresses every issue and opportunity with reasonableness and creativity.
Real Estate Services’ responsibilities include the acquisition and disposition of real property, residential and commercial encroachments, property management, commercial leasing, special events, and general real estate consulting.
