Citizens’ Accessibility Roundtable

 A monthly open forum sponsored by the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Office

This is an opportunity for any resident, visitor or interested person in Salt Lake City to address an issue, concern, or complaint regarding

·       Compliance with the ADA (Title II)

·       Accessibility   

·       People with disabilities  

and pertaining to city programs, services or facilities 

To help expedite a quick resolution to your concern it would be best to inform the ADA Coordinator in advance so that city employees can be present to help you resolve the matter. 

Please remember that complaints can be addressed to the ADA Coordinator at any time, preferably by e-mail at barry.esham@slcgov.com or by phone at 801-535-7971. The TDD line number is 801.535-6021. 

All city meetings, programs, services, functions, and facilities are accessible.  

The accessible entrance is on the east side of the building on 200 East.
