Mandatory Court Appearances

There are four violations that require an appearance before the Administrative Law Judge.

1. 12.36.040 Racing/Speed Contest/ Exhibition Driving

2. 12.48.070 Railroad grade Crossing-duty to stop

3. 12.48.080 Railroad grade Crossing-driving around gates

4. 12.48.100 Passing school bus while unloading passengers.
