Disputing with a Hearing Officer

If you would like to dispute a citation you must come in person and speak with a hearing officer. The hearing officer will listen to your dispute and make a decision with regard to your citation. The hearing officer will also inform you of any options you may have.

The hearing officer is available in the Salt Lake City Justice Courts Building located at 333 South 200 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Hearings are done on a first come first serve basis. 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 is the best time to come.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and on Tuesdays until 5:30 P.M. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
