Zoning

Zoning citations are issued to property owners or occupants that refuse to correct zoning violations. A Notice and Order is sent to the property owner or occupant when a zoning violation is noted. The Notice and Order has a deadline of 30 days before fines will begin to accrue. Fines range from $25.00 to $100.00 per day for each violation.
