Returned Checks

If you have received notice from us that a check issued by you to Salt Lake City Corporation has been returned to the city by the bank for insufficient funds or various other reasons, we have created an account to collect the amount of the check, a return check fee of $20.00 and any other fees allocated by ordinance. You can clear this account by sending the amount on the notice to SLC by the due date. Or you can make payment arrangements with a violations coordinator in our office during normal business hours.
