Animal Control

A peace officer and/or animal services officer is authorized to issue a citation to any person violating the following requirements:

- Inspections and reports
- Licensing
- Rabies vaccinations
- Harboring stray animals
- Animals running at large
- Animal nuisances
- More than two(2) animals at a residence
- Animal trespass
- Staking dogs improperly
- Confining female dogs in heat
- Animal care and maintenance
- The sale/premium of baby rabbits and fowl
- The sale of pet turtles
