Fairmont Skate Park Press Conference - November 26, 2008
On November 26, 2008, Council Member Simonsen invited the public to a celebration of the lighting of the Fairmont Skate Park located at 2361 South 900 East. Lights for Fairmont Skate Park were two years in the making and the lights were turned on at the November 26, 2008 press conference. Concerted efforts of community members were influential in bringing about this addition to Fairmont Park.
