Council Members Martin and Christensen participated in the recent Sister City event with the new Director General of the Taiwan Consulate in San Francisco; Thomas Chen and his assistant Hai-Lei Hsu. Salt Lake City is a Sister City with Keelung City, Taiwan and will celebrate the 30th year in 2009.
