Open House and Joint Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - May 12, 2008
Salt Lake City Council Member Carlton Christensen and
Mayor Ralph Becker participate in a joint ribbon cutting ceremony and
open house at 738 North Colorado Street. The original home was
seized in 1996 by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). With
the efforts of the City Council and the City's Police Department and the
City Housing Division, the home has been rebuilt with Energy Star
Certification. The property is now for sale in conjunction with
the City's first-time home buyers program.
