Step 4: Plan Adoption

Before the plan becomes an official policy document for the city, it must go through formal adoption hearings. The plan will be presented to and voted on by the Historic Landmark Commission (recommending body), Planning Commission (recommending body), and City Council (adopting body). Check the project schedule for anticipated timing of these hearings. The public is encouraged to attend.
