Alcohol & Beer Licenses
Alcohol and Beer
License Information
What do I need to do to sell
beer or alcohol in my place of business (on the premises)?
To serve beer or alcohol within your place of business, you
must get a license from both the City and the State of Utah,
Division of Alcohol Beverage Control (DABC). The DABC will
require a signed local consent form from the City and a copy
of your Business License Certificate.
Contact the DABC for the state packet and information at
1625 South 900 West, or phone 801.977.6800. Background Checks are required for all Beer
and Liquor Licenses. Complete

Liquor Consumption Individual License form and submit to the Business
License Office.
