The
purpose of the Expedited Plan Review Process is to support the
City’s commitment to green building practices in new
construction and major renovations throughout the City by
incentivizing developers who agree, in advance, to meet or
exceed the “Silver” level of LEED certification or achieve the
standards required for an ENERGY STAR rating for homes.
