Jones, owner, appealing the Historic Landmark Commission (Case# 470-08-14 & 475-08-036) decision to deny a request to legalize replacement windows at approximately 104 F Street located in the Avenues Historic District. Although a public hearing will be held, the Land Use Appeals Board will only receive comments from the petitioner and the City staff member representing the Historic Landmark Commission. No new evidence should be presented to the Board unless such evidence was improperly excluded before the Historic Landmark Commission.
