2)     Petition 410-08-53  – Conditional Use for Offsite Parking – The property is located at approximately 1053 East 2100 South.  A request by Dennis Glass to provide parking spaces for three businesses that face 2100 South on an existing parking area directly behind the building.  The property is zoned CSHBD-1 (Sugar House Business) and is located in City Council District 7, represented by Council Member Soren Simonsen. 3)     Petition 490-08-29 -  Subdivision Amendment – The property is located at approximately 675 Gladiola Street.  A request by Kirk Treece of Allied Waste Transfer Services, for an amendment to the Vista Industrial Park Phase 1 subdivision.  The amendment would modify lot 2 by absorbing two adjacent parcels into the lot.  The property is zoned M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) and is located in City Council District 2, represented by Council Member Van Turner.
