As you know, the Excellence in Management certificates were presented at a special awards reception at AMSA's 2004 Winter Conference in Los Angeles, Calif. I'm sorry that you were unable to join us for this event,  In addition, honorees will be recognized in the February issue of AMSA's newsletter, the Clean Water News.  Enclosed is your certificate honoring your agency's accomplishments.  Please note that your organization's Excellence in Management honor is valid for 3 years (2003-2005), and after that time your organization would be eligible to apply for this honor again.
