Euclid Small Area Plan

The Euclid Neighborhood is located between the Jordan River and Interstate 15 and between North Temple and Interstate 80.

The Euclid Small Area Plan will guide new development, land use activities and zoning decisions. Furthermore, it lays out a direction for the neighborhood and strategies for the to implement to achieve the plan's goals. The purpose of the plan is to reflect the values of the neighborhood and to build a framework for how the community will grow over time. Therefore, public participation is an integral part in formulating the master plan for the Euclid neighborhood. The draft plan is currently under revision and the Planning Division is requesting public comments on the document. The latest draft is available here:
