The deadline for the 2008-2009 Finch Lane Gallery exhibition season application (hand-delivered or postmarked) is Monday, March 17, 2008.
 

Important - Read this first!

This application form is available as a PDF file that you can view, download and print. You will need the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe to access the form. Acrobat Reader will allow you to fill out the form on your computer, but when you close the file, you will lose any information you have entered. We suggest that you complete one page at a time on your computer and then print it. (Hint: download and print a blank copy, fill it out by hand to make sure you have all the information at hand, and then fill out the complete PDF form online and print it.)

Instructions for filling out the application form

  1. Click on the link below to open the application form file.

  2. When the file opens, download the file by saving a copy to your hard drive before you type in any information. (You still will not be able to save any changes you make to the file, but you will avoid delays using your connection to the Internet.) Click the icon shown below to save the file. Make sure you click the icon on the Acrobat toolbar, not your browser's toolbar.

  3. The form is protected so you can enter information only where required. The narrative space is also limited to the number of characters in the space provided. You can cut and paste text from a word processing program into the form, but if there is more text than the space allows for, that text will not show up on the form. Use the TAB key to move between fields on the form.

  4. When you come to option buttons or checkboxes, TAB to the selection you want and press ENTER to mark the box.

  5. Completed application form, postmarked or hand-delivered with slides or CD, are due Monday, March 17, 2008.
